What about guarantee on Wolky's purchased through the internet?
On all Wolky's is the normal guarantee from Wolky, as well as our shop-service valid. If there is any problem with any Wolky (even if not purchased at our shop): just e-mail us and we will help you out.

How can I pay safe ?
We accept all credit cards: When you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secure server. If you don't like this, you could fax us this card information at: +31 38 422 00 37. Or if you e-mail us your phonenumber, we will call you for the information. What are the shipping costs to the USA?
$0.00 for the U.S.A.(No shipping charges!) For other countries ask us and we will give you a good deal.

How long does delivery take?
Your order will be shipped on the same or the next day, due to the time difference. They will be delivered by UPS at your door, within 10-12 days. If you need them faster, there will be an extra charge. (Then within 3 days is possible. Contact us too if you have other preferences for shipping.

What is your return policy?
The shoes can be returned within 8 days after you recieved them. We do have an USA-return-adress. You will receive, after the shoes have arrived, the full amount back, after the shoes arrived. You can ship them anyway you like.
