Ordering
To order from the catalogue choose from the menu on the article page and press the ADD button. You can view at anytime your shopping cart by clicking on View Cart . If you are finished, <click> the CheckOut button and follow the instructions on the screen. If you can not order through our webshop, please just sent us an e-mail with your order and your phonenumber, so we can call you for the conformation ant payment details.

You can choose to order by Fax or CheckOut by secure server.

Shipping and payment methods
We will ship to the address specified in the "Ordering Form" . We will check national address databases to verify name and address information. Orders outside the Netherlands are shipped to your credit card billing address. All personal information will be send over a secure-server (SSL). Make sure that the credit card information you give us is correct or your order can not be carry out.
Your credit card will not be charge before the goods are send to you.
You will receive confirmation of shipment within 24 hours, or be notified of any delay at that time. Availability of items is subject to stock on hand and/or availability of items from the manufacturer. Credit card transactions subject to verification by issuing bank.

All articles are priced in Euro's and Dollars. Between ordering and charging there can be an exchange difference.

Shipping / Handling costs
The shipping table calculates exactly how much you have to pay. The Shipping costs are depending on the weight of the parcel and the country you live in. All goods are shipped with priority-airmail. For the shippingcosts to countries outside the USA or outside Europe please e-mail us.

10-Day Satisfaction-Guarantee Policy
Try out the Wolky's if they fit and if they are what you expected them to be.. If you are not TOTALLY SATISFIED, simply return your purchase to us within 10 days from receival for exchange or refund. Customer pays for return shipping, via any method to us. Shipping costs are not refundable. Make sure the goods are send back in the same condition as they where delivered. We'll give the address on request.

Defective Merchandise
All items are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. We can not give guarantee to goods that are used for other purpose than where they are made for.
